Data collected on this site
This site collects data only when you complete the contact form: full name, email, optional phone number, business name and your message.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used on form submissions to block automated traffic; technical data is processed by Cloudflare during that check.
No advertising or profiling cookies are used on this site.
Purpose of processing
Data from the contact form is processed only to assess your enquiry and reply to you.
It is not added to a marketing list without your consent and is not sold to third parties.
Personal data architecture on the platform
Personal data is held in erasable storage; order, financial and audit records run on pseudonymous identifiers and contain no raw personal data.
Because of that separation, erasure requests can be honoured without breaking the integrity of financial records.
Personal data is never written to application logs.
Sensitive categories
Because buying personal care, hygiene or baby care products can support inferences about health or private life, this data is protected as if it were special category data.
The names of such products are masked in notifications and on property-side screens; access is restricted to the narrowest role and retention is kept short.
Payment data
Card details never reach the platform; they are processed inside the licensed payment institution's own secure environment.
The platform stores only the transaction identifier, the amount and the status.
