Getting started

How long does set-up take?

Once property details, categories and admission hours are defined, the shop can go live. What takes the time is not the technical set-up but deciding which categories to open and which suppliers to work with.

Do I have to change my booking system?

No. The platform does not replace your booking system; it takes on ancillary sales. You share the shop link within your existing flow.

Does the guest need to install an app?

No. The shop runs on the web; the guest opens the link and orders without creating an account.

What if there are no suppliers in my area?

You can start with your own products and services. We work with you to bring local suppliers onto the platform; a supplier never appears in your catalogue until the service area and distance rules are satisfied.

Operations

What happens if a supplier declines an order?

The order goes to the supplier for approval. If declined, the guest is informed and the amount collected enters the refund process; an alternative supplier is considered if one exists.

How do I control supplier access to my property?

You can define general admission hours, category-specific hours and supplier-specific hours. On exception days you can change those hours or close admission entirely.

How do I know the delivery actually happened?

The supplier submits proof of delivery or service completion. The proof is attached to the order record, and the payout proceeds on the basis of that record.

What if the guest wants to change the order later?

If the timing rules are still satisfied, it can be rescheduled. If not, the system offers no new slot and the cancellation and refund path applies.

What if two guests take the last slot at the same time?

Capacity is decremented atomically; two orders cannot take the same slot. The second guest is informed immediately and shown alternative times.

Payments and money

Who collects the money?

Collection runs through a licensed payment institution under a marketplace model. The amount is held until the service is completed, then split between the parties.

Do you store card details?

No. Card data never reaches the platform; it is handled inside the payment institution's own secure environment.

How do refunds work?

A refund runs the same line in reverse: calculated shares are taken back with reversing entries and the amount is returned to the guest.

What happens if the payment result is unclear?

When the result is uncertain, nothing proceeds and the payment is not treated as successful. The order waits until the status is clear; money is never released to the wrong party.

When do I receive my payout?

The split is triggered once the service is completed and proof is recorded. The payment institution's schedule and the contract terms apply.

Data and security

Who can see guest data?

Only the people who need it to complete the delivery, and only as much as they need. Product names in sensitive categories are masked in notifications and records.

How is data protection handled?

Personal data is kept in erasable storage while financial and audit records use pseudonymous identifiers, so erasure requests can be honoured without breaking financial integrity.

Where is my data stored?

Infrastructure and data residency are shared in writing at the contract stage; where transfers abroad are involved, the legal basis is stated alongside.

Could my staff delete a record by accident?

Financial records are never deleted; corrections are made only with reversing entries, and every action is written to the audit trail.

Suppliers

How do I apply as a supplier?

Submit a supplier application from the contact page. Suitability is assessed on your service area, product categories and timing rules.

Can I serve several properties at once?

Yes. Any property within your service area and distance limit can add you to its catalogue.

Who sets my prices?

You set your product and service prices. What the guest sees is formed by adding delivery and the agreed shares on top, and the breakdown is transparent.
