Withholding handled by the platform
The statutory withholding due on the seller's payout is calculated, deducted and reported ready for filing by the platform.
There is no set-up fee and no monthly subscription for properties or suppliers. The platform earns commission only on completed sales — no sales, no cost.
| Set-up fee | None | Shop launch and catalogue set-up are included. |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly subscription | None | You pay nothing out of season. |
| Per-user fee | None | Team size does not change the price. |
| Platform commission | On completed sales only | The rate is set by contract and may vary by category, volume and service level. |
| Property revenue share | By agreement | Your share of supplier products is defined on the same calculation line. |
| Refunded orders | No commission | A refund reverses the calculated shares with reversing entries. |
Because rates vary by property, category and volume, we do not publish a single figure here. We share a proposal specific to your property during the call and fix it in the contract.
Nothing is hidden. Every line is calculated at the moment of ordering and written immutably to the order; later rate changes never affect past orders.

Withholding is not a commission; it does not change what the guest pays, only the seller's payout.
Which party issues which document is written clearly into the contract, so nothing surfaces later.
Nothing. Commission is charged only on completed sales; there is no fixed fee.
The rate varies by category, volume and service level. Publishing a single figure would be misleading; the proposal is prepared for your property and fixed in the contract.
We do not ask for a binding long-term commitment. The terms are agreed during the conversation.
The commission structure for your own products and services can be defined differently; that is also settled in the contract.
Let us suggest a transparent rate based on your categories and expected volume.
